After-the-fact Payroll support

We provide clients with helpful after-the-fact payroll support. You simply send us your prepared payroll records, including such data as employee hours, wages and withholdings, and we post this information to our data files. Based on the information you provide, our firm then supplies you with:

  • IRS and state tax reporting and EFTPS tax deposits
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax reports, including W-2, W-3 and 1099 forms
  • Detailed reports on employee vacation, sick and personal day accruals
  • Creation and filing of required new hire reports
